None other than the renowned Michelin star chef Alfons Schuhbeck will be responsible for the culinary delights over the event weekend. From the early brunch over a stunning lunch buffet to the evening coffee, you can rest assure you'll be dining in style throughout the weekend.

Since 1990, Alfons Schuhbeck is running his party service in Germany and abroad. The star chef has been awarded with a Michelin-star, 17 points of Gault millau, three hats and two chef's hat of Varta, three wooden spoons of Aral Schlemmer Atlas, four gourmet points and recently awarded of American Academy of Hospitality Sciences with the Five Star Diamond Award.
Together with his experienced team of top chefs and charming service personal he would like to host you on highest level.

Cooking Show and Gala dinner from and with Alfons Schuhbeck

Mr. Schuhbeck shows in his cooking show how to create in a simple but sophisticated way delicious dishes. In that course, he will introduce you into the world of spice. Moreover, you can ask questions about cooking & spice. Meals that will be shown:

Prawn
Noodle
Fish
Meat

After that you can relax and enjoy an exquisite 4-course menu.
